| Get treatment for emergency health problems.
On admission please inform the Office Staff regarding the
company which will help in providing insurance facilities.
Please fill up the stipulated forms at the time of admission
which has to be submitted early on the next working day to
the Insurance processing department to facilitate claims.

| ELECTIVE: |
| Preauthorization for getting treatment
is mandatory if treatment charges are borne by insurance companies.
Insurance facilitation department staff will help in going
through the formalities. Filled up forms duly authorized by
the consultant should be sent to the respective companies
to preauthorize the claim. The formalities should be made
at least ten days prior for planned surgeries. Adequate preauthorization
has to be obtained before getting admitted to avoid unpleasantness.
